help with questions

weight:150
cycles; anavar 1 year ago, winstrol 1 year ago.
So my question is! I have tren extreme and m-drol at home. The last time I did tren extreme i got good gains and increased my weight by 8 pounds but my wood went down and I couldn't cumm or get it up.
I was thinking about ordering some real trenbolone retard & test E retard and doing a cycle for 8 weeks.
What do u recommend and would the results be any different? Sorry but I'm a new bew at real gear and cycles since its hard to get in my area. Thanks guys for ur comments.

If you cant do it right dont do it at all...It looks like you need to modify your diet anyway...I think you have gains that you have yet to obtain just by eating more and lifting right

You've been around for a while you know if you want to get bigger your diet needs to be good, at 150lbs I don't think gear is the answer right now. If you do go on I wouldn't use the tren for a first "real" cycle.

I do lift right. My training partner has one over 6 competitions in Mexico and competed in MR Mexico but he only took 5th place there.
My diet is also good, I got diets from Erik bui and Chris Commier in person. I have followed them really good but I just dont seem to gain weight even though I eat alot of protein.

Obviously you are not eating like you should because something is not adding up...If you take in more calories than you burn of the good variety you will gain...there is no way your diet is substantial enough...It just not possible if you are eating like a competitive bodybuilder should eat then you WILL gain...if you are not eating you WONT gain....
how tall are you?
btw....it doesn't matter who you know, or who gave you the diet....something isn't adding up...

well you are pretty lean...Id say you need to drastically increase your calories....you have a good physique...you just must have a hella metabolism...
UP YOUR CALORIES 2000 more per day....see where that puts you

I run 2.5 miles a day. Do u think I should just keep eatting more or do less cardio.

id say...NO CARDIO...do a bulking cycle...increase your protein and whole food consumption...you will gain...
Wake up and eat in the middle of the night too....
Maybe consider insulin also

thanks rhino, should I up my carbohidrates. There really low now, i just eat out meal in the morning or two slices of wheat
