Quick question about timing

Week 1-4 Russian dbol 30mg/ED (5mg tabs)
Week 1-8 Test Enan 500mg/wk (2cc)

A few weeks into it I am taking the dbol 10mg at 6:00am, 10am and 3:30pm with gym at 4:30. Test 2cc once a week.

One of the bros at the gym suggested I take it 5mg at the time more spread out thru the day.

I was thinking of taking it this way:

6am: 5mg
10am: 5mg
2pm: 5mg
4pm: 5mg
4:30 pm GYM
7pm 5mg
10pm 5mg

Is there any point in this or is 3x 10mg a day more than good enough?

well it keeps the levels more stabile if you spread it out like that, however i have never noticed a difference. If there is a difference I think it is too small to be a big problem

agreed, i doubt its that big of a difference but if you can be that strict it wouldn't hurt, you'll benefit from it but on a micro level, nothing huge...good luck

Thanks bros, thats what I thought. I'll probably give it a shot for my last week just to try it.

I was a little concerned with the short half-life of dbol and the fact I am not taking any between 3:30pm and 6am... With a half life of 4.5hrs thats roughly 12 hours with low levels in my system.
