Opinions on my 2nd

Alright guys, been reading the board for some time now thought i'd get some feed back on my next cycle, as mentioned this is my 2nd cycle that i will start in jan, first was a sust250 and NPP for 12 weeks followed by 21 day gap then 3 week pct of clomid and nolva. I made pretty good gains was nearly 240 but have cut down since cycle on a clen and eca as needed to shift some BF as i saw the light and realised big and cut is a must or you just look fat.

Age 26
BF i'm hoping about 12%
Weight 227
Diet is good (can post if you need)
been lifting for 5-6 years last 3 seriously

So heres my planned cycle

1-4 35mg d-bol ed
1-10 Test e 500mg per week (2 injections)
1-10 Deca 400mg per week (2 injection)

13-14 clomid 100mg ed Nolva 20mg ed
14-15 clomid 100mg ed Nolva 20mg ed
15-16 clomid 50mg ed Nolva 20mg ed

May end up doing 10-20mg nolva ed whilst on cycle, as had a few spot issues last cycle.

also will bump my diet up to 3500-4000 cals a day whilst on this
with 300g protien


Any feedback would be good, oh before i forget the goal for this is a short winter bulk so i have enough time to recover for a longer lean gain cycle later in the year.

You could up your dose on the dbol your a big guy. The deca seems a little high. Anyone else?

Just noticed i didn't put my height, its 6.2. I also have some proviron not not really sure when you should use this tho.
As for the dbol i thought seeing as it was my first time on orals i'd keep it low, then if all is good this time round next cycle maybe bump it up to 50mg.

Don't run nolva alongside deca, as this can exacerbate gyno symptoms. Deca should stop 2 weeks before the test. I'd probably carry the test to 12 here, seeing as 8 weeks of deca is on the short side. If you are gyno prone, consider Adex and perhaps Caber (or at least some b6) for the deca while on-- or letro in place of both (I recommend always having some on hand just in case). Pct is kinda weak IMO, utilize hcg and add some Aromasin or something to pct. You may also consider dropping the clomi to 50mg all through pct.

That being said this is a really nice bread and butter bulker. Good luck.

Did think about adding some hcg to the pct. i have enough test to run it past the deca for two weeks so maybe i will do that. What doses of letro should be used then?

day 2-14 100
day 15-21 50mg

Nolva
day1 40mg
day 2-14 40mg
day 15-21 20mg

HCG if needed my boys plump up real quick with clomid.
