Get your BP monitor out and check it, if you ain't got one and you take steroids, you should have.

What about your systolic as you know this represents the pressure in the arterial system caused by the heart as blood is being pumped out.

Yeah its strange but my systolic is usually right on point. I guess im just gonna keep a closer eye on it and cut down on my sodium intake.

I have some clonidine that I have brought home from work.. When i feel it getting high ill just take a mg or two
