it's my first cycle, I did one winstrol but i only did one shot, then my parents found the stuff and through it away, now i've moved out from them, hehe.
But do you think it's a good first time cycle?

Hey bro u should really run the sust no less then 10 weeks. 12 would be better. Id also try and bump it up to 500mgs per week. And the deca 10 weeks also at 400mgs. Now that looks betta..

if u see signs of gyno u might. keep some nolva on hand and ull need to run clomid post cycle.
