take a look at **************.com m8. Mod, if this isnt allowed then I appologise in advance.
I have used a 1inc b4 a few times, but now I use 1.5's. just push it in slowley just in case you touch a nerve which does happen.

I sit down on the corner of my bed personally just make sure to keep the area sterile wipe with alcohol, aspirate and you're good to go.

I sit on the edge of my bed and let my leg go loose. You can do it laying on the bed, just make sure you arent tensing when you inject.

Definitely sit down- keep your leg as straight as possible... relax. Oh, and yes, 1 inch darts are perfect for quads. This is my personal favorite injection site. Good luck.

1" is good..I lay down and my wife shoots me...only bad thing bout quads is the nerves there..many times she's hit a nerve and Bro..I jump and the needle pops out..then we both laugh about it! lol
