    I need an appetite boost!

    Im on cycle right now and am having a hard time getting my cals in.. Im three weeks into a test dbol cycle. Test 500mg/wk dbol 30mg/day. What compound can I throw in to jak up my appetite. O and Im running this for 12 wks maybe longer if I consider running EQ.

    I always found dbol to be a problem with getting food down me. It always bloats me right up and puts me off from eating much.

    Yeah I have retired from dbol , too much bloat. Next time around definitely using tbol instead.

    B12 injections are good for appetite 1000mcg daily, also take some digestive enzymes.

    How many weeks are you in? It might be your liver stressed from the dbols. Try uping the milk thistle. B12 could work or add some GHRP-6, that should work for sure.

    thats an ish load. i take 500mcg EOD and my appetite has increased a good bit

    Many people i know and myself dont respond on anything less than a 1000mcg, but if you are doing well off 500mcg eod stick with it but for me and my clients it doesnt effect us unless we go higher..

    What is the average mcg for a b12 shot? I have little red pills i got at the store that are 2000mcg a dose.

    I use to always start the b12's before the cycle and tabs, i never had any appetite issue during cycle and could concentrate on eating and building, myabe worth a try next time round duk

    I would not do this,as I use very low carbs in my diet.

    Use high GI index carbs only.This will work for sure.

    Im confused on this.. I have never heard of GI carbs. Can someone help me out with understanding this?

    It means Glycemic Index (GI)...It means carbohydrate sources that spike insulin in the blood, such as white bread, certain fruits, etc.

    Do some more research and it will be clear.
