First Cycle - Test E

Hey everyone,

After much research, i have decided to try my first AAS cycle. I am going with something simple for my first - Test E for 10 weeks inj twice a week.

My stats are -

Age - 29,
Height - 183cm (6')
Weight - 87kg (191)
BF - 12%
Lifting - 5 years, serious the last 2
Goals - Lean mass

My diet is pretty much in check. I'll be consuming 3600 cals perday ( 2800 is maintenance for me) spread over 6 meals. i'll be aiming for a ratio of 40/30/30, pro/carb/fat.


My main questions are to do with pct. I have both nolva & clomid, from what i can gather, pct should start 2 weeks after my last test shot and look something like this-

Clomid - 100/100/50/50
Nolva - 40/40/20/20

I also have liquidex on hand that i was going to take through out my cycle to combat bloat. Do i need to continue this through pct aswell?

I also have enough stanazol left over from a friends cycle. There is enough to inj 1ml ED for the last 5 weeks of the cycle. Is it worth doing this and if so, should stop the day i finish my test?

if its your first cycle, forget the winny...just do the test

pct looks ok, yes being two weeks after last injection, but i'd do clomid 50/50/50/50 and nolva 20/20/20/20...it's not a huge cycle

I wouldn't recommend taking the liquidex during cycle unless your really really really gyno prone. Estrogen, I know this may be shocking, is essential for growth during cycle. Its more about estrogen control not elimantion. Also if you can extend your cycle to 12 weeks as the Test E may not kick in till week 5. PCT looks fine, though I'd recommend getting your hands on aromasin in place on the clomid. Either way you should be ok.

Also how is the winstrol dosed??

Yep, 500mg/wk, inj 250mg sun & wed.

The winny is dosed at 50mg/ml. What are the benifits of aromasin over clomid?

You'll be fine with just the clomid. But they are two different things. Clomid being a SERM and Aromasin being a Type 1 AI

Youll be fine with the clomid and Nolva only.

AI's are certainly a welcome addition to any PCT...

However, 100mgs ED is too much IMO. Id drop to 50/50/25/25.

And if you have the winny, id throw it in...

Weeks 8-12, starting PCT the day after your last Winny injection.
