Just finished PCT two weeks ago,

Want to start on new cycle

Anabol 10 Oral 40mg day.
Sustanon injectable 350 per week.
Anavar 20mg day.

Weight 76kg, previous 81 lost 5 during PCT.

Anyone done a cycle similar, can offer some advice.
Duration modifictaion etc?
