clen length cap?

okay. i've been on clen since september doing the 2 on 2 off, and i was wondering... is there a cap where i should just completely stop taking clen for x amount of months?

i've lost a decent amount of weight, but now i'm being even more strict on everything, and am considering cycling t3 with clen and adding a few mg's of taurine after my workouts....

can i keep going with clen and adding t3 or should i just completely stop?

you can go 2 on 2 off for as long as you are comfortable...if you want longer than 2 wks then you need benadryl...not sure of long term consequences of using clen though...id stay away from t3 if clen is doing the job....

any reasons as to why you'd stay away from t3?
and yes, clen IS doing the job. i just need to, and will, do mine even better

Im not big in messing with the thyroid gland...many problems can arise from that...jmo....not to mention...it is catabolic and if the clen is working why do you even need the t3?

If you screw up your thyroid and give yourself hypothyroidism....you will ultimately be fat...so just avoid it all toghether

yeah.. like if its not broken, don't fix it. well your routine isn't broken. benadryl works but only to extend it a little. that too will wear off if you try to stay "on" for weeks on end

I know people that have run clen 6 weeks in a row...and have gotten great results.
