Ok guys quick question my work out partner just started a cycle of test cyp and his nipples are sore does this mean gyno and he doesnt have any estrogen blockers on hand my question is is there any thing he can buy over the counter at a health food place of any where to prevent this please any info would help i also have been on a cycle but no issues and i have already ordered my nolva and clomid also hcg but i wont have it for a few more weeks

Get some Letro asap, adex works too but letro is the best for killing estrogen in its tracks.

Mulciber said it right, have that shit before you start for just this reason. If you get gyno and jump on it right away your chances of stopping it are much greater. Tell your friend this.

I'm sure thats 250mg and not ml. Anyway like everyone said always be prepared before cycle. Since thats not an option right now I wouldn't take more till prevents are in place. Its also unlikely that gyno is beginning after only 2 weeks of a long ester but could be, just don't rule out paranoid. I'd still overnight some nolva from a local source however.

He SHOULD be running an AI with his cycle like ARIMIDEX or LETROZOLE to entirely prevent these problems to begin with.
