a good diet and exercise will retain gains so long as they are not past your natural potential.
Good diet as in the same good bulk diet? or do I lower the carbs some?
Stay with the same bulk diet and I hope you are planning on running the test 2 weeks longer than the deca. Also, what does your pct look like?
Yes test 2 weeks longer than deca with 4 weeks of winny at the end to hardin up a bit. Then Clomid for 4 weeks and aromasin and hcg for 2 weeks.

I would through some nolva into the pct mix as I have had great success with running both nolva and clomid. Nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/25/25. Other than that pct looks good, just keep those calories up.

i personally was thinking of using a dbol bridge to keep gains at least until natural test is up, not 100% on it yet thought still reaserching.
fair enough just throwing it out there. i have heard of it being used, because dbol does not surpress your test at low does.
on seconed thought it would still slow the recovery phase down, so prob not a good idea.
