I am 53 years old 155 lbs at about 10 % bodyfat 5' 6" height excellent health and have been bodybuilding for about 30 years. Question is I am
nervous about doing a cycle but I am going to compete in light weight Masters in April and I would like not to go in under 165 lbs. I am told to try
SUS 250 for 12 weeks and then the last 6 weeks winny. Any imput would be greatly appreciated.
