    Test E alone ?

    Im going to be doing my second cycle of Test Enthenate, my first cycle was with dbol but i decided to drop it cuz it was making my hair thin bigtime , my second cycle is going to be 500mg a week for 10 weeks , is this going to be sufficient ? . what should i add to the cycle without damaging my hair too much . 5"9 192 , 9 % bodyfat .

    ok , yeh pct is in check Clomid with some Nolv , got myself some dutasteride with some nizoral 2% .

    Just wanted to know what kind of gains i can expect from taking test at this dose , alone .

    I just started the same cycle yestreday. Frontload...make week 1's shots each 500mg. Post up your diet with macros bro

    there should be great gains with this for your first cycle (dbol cycle doesn't count...)

    Nah bro , i did dbol with the test e my first cycle , test at the same dose , but the dbol made my hair thin so i dropped it this cycle and im taking test by itself , how much weight u think ur going to gain on this cycle animal?

    diet looks like this . .

    thx , Ninja sure will , Animal what will frontloading do for me .? each 500mg the first week, then whats the rest for the remaining 9 weeks ? . . i have enough test for 500mg a week for 10 weeks.

    Frontloading helps the test kick in quicker, but i also feel the test quick anyway. Should be a good cycle

    i have enough test for 500 mg a week for 10 weeks , if i take 1,000 mg the first week , how would i follow up the dosage the next 9 ?

    if this is your second cycle i would seriesly consider running the test a minumum of 12 weeks preferably around 14-16 week......your gains don't really start coming till week 4, with a longer cycle it will allow you to get more gains and keep more at the end....if thats all the test you have maybe run it at 400mg per week for 12 weeks.....i just don't see 10 weeks being a very good idea

    Yeh, 400's definatly the way to go m8, especially to get the best out of your cycle with the certain amount of test you have.

    Much better idea...

    Frontloading is nice if you have enough gear, which you dont...


    Go with 400mgs for 12 weeks.

    I've done a couple of 12 weekers at 500mg and I did gain well, cant remember exactly how much because that was a few years ago now but I was impressed. I cant see their being a hell of alot of difference between the two amounts and like war4BTT said eat properly and train your ass off and you will grow.

    Trade out the bread for more complex carbs...

    Look into Sweet and Red potatos, barely, lentils, and brwn rice, maybe some fish in there.

    Also, cut one of the shakes. Before bed snake try low fat cottage cheese.

    Maybe a casin shake as well.

    Try some Barley with some chicken and brwn rice. And for another meal switch the barley for Lentils.


    All in all, not a bad diet, it needs work, but it could be worse...

    you guys stated that taking 400mg for 12 weeks , would be better then 500mg a week for 10 weeks ,but 12 weeks of 400mg , would leave me with a remaining 200mg should i do with that .

    Likely you wont have that extra by the time you do that many injections anyways though. You usually lose a small amount of the vial int he transfers and such.
