    Help with tren!

    I'm a first time user with steriods . My main objective is to shred some water weight while gaining lean muscle. Tren was mentioned to me by several people but to take alone for my first time. How much should I take a week, and other information on what I should take with it or afterwards. Thanks !

    Dont take advice from those people ever again. Tren only is dumb, Tren on a first cycle is even dumber.

    i dont quite agree with that. but x2 on tren by itself being a poor choice

    Include some test into your cycle. also, how is your diet and cardio regimen??

    Do none of the gym rats research on the internet anymore? I hear more stories and first hand accounts of "my buddy who has sauced for 20 years advised me on this cycle of deca only". And of course, no PCT.

    It is good that the OP has at least questioned this advise. I also agree that tren for first cycle is a poor choice. Lots of potential sides.

    I'm 19, 6"0, 190, prolly around 19% body fat. I've lifted on and off since I was 16....I have took stuff like NO-Xplode and Nitrix, basically supplements from GNC and Bodybuilding.com.....My cardio is playing basketball basically everyday, and my diet is drinking protein shake in the morning, around noon, 4 and then 8 before i go to bed. I eat chicken, fish, potatoes and occasionally some banannas

    should spend some time getting your diet and training in check.. keep doing some research on gear if you heading in that direction.. in a few years you will be ready to do it right

    I did tren only my first cycle because I didn't know any better.
    Nothing bad happened, except my mood and temper went to total shit by week 4 and it totally killed my sex drive. So you CAN do it, I just wouldn't.
    Running it with test is a much better options and it should actually add to your results.

    But none of that matters if you're 19.
    WAIT TO CYCLE.
    For real. Don't be hard-headed. You can completely screw yourself up for life.

    Here is a good first timer cycle for you

    Test E 500mg/wk x 12 wks
    Dbol 50mg ed x 4 wks

    Nolva PCT
    Clomid PCT

    If you are dead set on doing more maybe consider this

    Test E 500mg/wk x 12 wks
    Deca 400mg/wk x 10 wks
    Dbol 50 mg ed x 4 wks

    Nolva, Aromasin for PCT

    well then my advice would be to research the drugs you are about to put in your body. these are prescription drugs that you are self prescribing and administering. some people know enough to do it safely and properly and then there is dudes like you who have no clue what they are doing. i know it sounds harsh but its the truth and i dont know any other way to tell it to you.

    IMO those stats tell me you are not a very muscular guy at this time..post pics..it will help us help you...not putting you down but those stats concern me.
