    Virgin deca cycle..opinions appreciated!

    hey guys, im 19yrs old and weigh 107kg and 6ft 1 been lifting hard since about year 10 4x a week n im very happy with the gains ive made, but feel like iv come to a bit of a holt. iv decicd to hop on the oids coz im really passionate about goin 2 the gym ev day, and rest fri n sat. anyway guys tell me how u rekon this cycle will go as im v. strapped 4 cash n dont wna go in too heavy str8 away.

    week 1 300mg deca
    week 2 200mg "
    week 3 200mg "
    week 4 200mg "
    week 5 200mg "
    week 6 100mg "
    week 7 50mg deca.
    week 8 50mg deca.

    my main question is what would u guys reccomand for a pct and how do u think this cycle will go, what should i expect. plz dnt flame me on search this n that coz im a bit computer illitarit haha, thanks tons in advance guys

    ok for 1 horrible cycle. your 19 have been lifting for 1 year and stopped gaining? come on. your like 235 pounds. im sure youve got a good amount of fat. deca only isnt somthing you want for a first cycle and especially at those doses and that length. when your stopping the cycle the deca will just be at its full. idk where you got the cycle from but never go back and take advice from that website for your own health

    i would recomend you look at the diet section. i no i no, my diets fine i eat 3 times a day. blah blah blah. before you use steroids try eatting better. cook 30 oz chicken breasts sunday night and eat it mon tues wed. then cook 30oz chicken wed night and so on and so fourth. eat brown rice and red potatoes and oatmeal as much as you can through out the day. go get some ideas from the diet section before you make a huge mistake. just an fyi, if you do cycle now just no you will not gain ever again unless your on another cycle.


    pct= nolva 20mgs 5 weeks.

    you will never gain ever again? idk about that.. also he said he's been lifting since 10, which is a little weird.

    look into your diet, read about steroids , how they work, and what good cycles are because that is not one. you really don't need to start now, but if you do do not do that cycle

    bro, we're here to help. you just have to follow the guidelines we give you. deca at 200mg a week isnt a cycle. if you wanted to cycle, your base must be off test. here would be an examples including deca:

    test cyp 500mg weeks 1-12
    deca 400mg weeks 1-10
    PCT
    clomid 300mg day 1/150mg day 2-10/100mg day11-19/50mg day 20-28
    nolva 100mg week1/ 50mg week2/ 50mg week3/ 50mg week 4

    this cycle is horrible, you probably wouldn't be able to get it up for jessica alba if you were taking deca like this

    post your diet, and i don't mean an outline, write down everything you eat tomorrow and the amount and i'll help you change it so you can start making gains again

    embarrasing,,,my diet isnt really a set diet i just dont eat junk and try to eat healthy, eg brown rice chicken like said before, cereal lite milk all that. given your advice i wont get on em, my mate who i train with just had 24ml left of deca is all for his test+deca cycle. If you could write up or giv me a link to a great diet that would b fvkn tops,, uv just saved me from what sounds like really screwin up my dick,, and iv heard about deca dick,, il keep savin n keep goin with the no xplode n protein after workout etc. thanks so much in advance man just needed to read it rock solid u no

    thanks heaps man cant say enuf,, il pm u a bit later on to see if my mates cycle is any good, hes 20 and like 5ft7 or something and 90kg, i think hes doing 200mgdeca and 200mg test cyp for 12 weeks. the bad thing is the deca he got that i was gona use was only 50mg/ml and vet grade so yerr. neva been on a site with so much help str8 away. legends

    your friends cycle needs to be improved. hes only doing half dosages for the test and deca . tell him to up the test to 500mg and deca to 400mg

    Whoever told you this was ok should be shot!...This is what I see in the future for you...week 1 300mg's deca...3days later you start a thread on how you can't get a full erection....week 2..you start a test 500mg Prop and deca 300 mg cycle..by week 4..your erections hopefully will be normal. At 8 weeks you start a new thread on..whether to extend you cycle.

    1: thats cr@p m8.
    2: I dont know why this person told you to taper down like that. imo it should be at the same dose throughout
    3: 8 weeks is no where near long enough
    4: their should be test with deca
    5: If your only 19 and not growing then theirs something really wrong with your diet or/and training routine

    thanks boys, gna save up for the [test+deca (maybe)] and a very good pct n diet for a nother 4-6 months see how i go, mateys selling his gear too. the cycle posted by vishus, is that the sorta thing i should b saving for and how often do u shoot test is same as deca once a week? btw inky like ur tats, havent heard of the outlaws but im from sydney myself

    jesus m8, you dont need that much clomid and their isnt enough nolva. If I was you I'd do alot more reading up on pct because you havent the foggiest
