using win(100)eod and deca400 wk. Low carb
high protien diet. Problem is muscle definition is there
but cannot lose the spare tire fat around my belly. I do not
want to diet too much, fear losing muscle. I work I body part
daily 4 exercises 4 sets 12,10 ,8 6 reps. For abs, I go medium
weight for 5 minutes and obliques medium weight 5 minutes.
30 minutes 3 times a week.....
