    sheading body fat?

    using win(100)eod and deca400 wk. Low carb
    high protien diet. Problem is muscle definition is there
    but cannot lose the spare tire fat around my belly. I do not
    want to diet too much, fear losing muscle. I work I body part
    daily 4 exercises 4 sets 12,10 ,8 6 reps. For abs, I go medium
    weight for 5 minutes and obliques medium weight 5 minutes.
    30 minutes 3 times a week.....

    Everything looks great. If your still having trouble loosing a little flab try adding in a little high intensity cardio. You'll burn a lot of calories in just a few minutes and will prevent from burning muscle from long cardio sessions. If your already eating low carb you might want to eat leaner cuts of meat, instead of beef sub in with chicken or even tuna. You won't have to lower carbs any more but you take out a lot of fat grams. Hope this helps.

    Your gonna have to ba a little more specific on your diet...What kinf of carbs are you eating, How much deitary fat are you getting and etc.

    add cardio into the mix and you should lose the excess fat. do at least 30 min every other day

    a little off topic but winny should be taken every day. so if your doin 100mg eod now i would change that to 50mg ed.
