Heart problems??
ok, ive posted previously that i started my first cycle and so far i havent had any sides, not even acne. just really horny haha anyways...to the point: i was doing arms today and my heart was racin then calmed then started racing again. it felt like my heart was shivering in a sort? it felt really weird and funny. didnt hurt one bit though. ive been taking supplements during the cycle:
COQ10
Milk thistle
red rice yeast
hawthorne berry
saw palmetto
is this too much? should i ditch these for others?
also: i havent been doing cardio since starting cycle, i know now i need to start: PT/Big/Reed/WAR!?!? anyone have suggestions?

Has this occured ever before?
And was it just the one time?
Honestly, on my last cycle, my heart rate was elevated throughout the cycle.
Especially in the gym. I was dying when doing cardio.
I went from 41 BPM to 69BPM. Both measured while standing.

im sure your fine and i also like the armidex daily because it keeps the water down. just keep an eye on your sodium intake, blood pressure and heart rate

U sure it was racing or palpitating? Like kinda a shiver, or also people think of it as skipping a beat. In which case its fairly normal from everything ive read, ive always had that, and ever since cutting down on caffeine its been better lol. Now if yer BPM Heart Rate actually changes then I have no clue lol

I'll bet it was not your heart. There are a lot of muscles around your core. You may have been having a slight muscle spasm.
