i used to shoot prop into my tri's and bi's never had a problem with swelling until i shot sust into it(don't know why it hurt prop is in sust). that hurts, like someone punched me in the bicep for an hour straight. prop is supposed to kick in quickly. i notice it anywhere between 5-8 days.never heard of viromone. whats that? Madmax...
