    Is prop affecting my sleep?

I've been on prop for the last 5 weeks (first cycle), and falling asleep takes a LONG time, at least an hour or so, sometimes more. I will be lying in bed, trying to sleep, and I simply can't. Is it the prop, or something else?

its test in general man. . happens to me whatever type of test I use. . . try cutting carbs four hours before bedtime, limit caffeine intake, and drink a cup of warm milk . . this always helps....

Iam curently 4th day on my prop 100mg EOD cycle. My heart rate is up from 55pbm resting to 85bpm resting and my overall anxiety is up since my first injection. Before I had no anxiety at all. But I sleep well.

Yes its test. Many post about anxiety from test or increased alertness and troubles with sleep.

Use some sleep-aid pills. And social stress can make it even worst.

Nah it's not the relationship, that's been sorted (for the time being at least).
I do my shots around 4pm everyday.

My anxiety is def up! i noticed that after like the second day. I can sleep at night, but sometimes it does take a bit longer to fall asleep. My problem with sleeping is i am getting tired during the day. I feel like prop is like getting my ody more rest to grow cause ever since i starting taking it i keep taking little cat naps all throughout the day. So i def think its the test, im also running 50mg ed, so i feel what ur tlkaing about

    Test increases anxiety and anger.

I always get high anxiety during my cycle. I did not know that this was going to happen during my first cycle but I quickly put two and two together.

My friend who is in med school and uses AAS says that the part of the brain that is effected most by AAS is also responsible for anxiety and depression along with anger. That is where the term roid rage comes from of course.

To resolve my issue by telling my doctor my anxiety is out of control and I cant sleep and that I am depressed. He prescribed paxil for me. Well that was not good enough for me because I would still wake up in the middle of the night. After five hours of sleep I was up and ready to take on the world. My friend recommended going back to the doctor and telling him I get panic attacks in the middle of the day. "I have a heavy chest pain and start gagging and cant eat". He prescribed Clonazopan. This stuff puts me right back to sleep instantly. I cut it in half and take it in the morning and fall back asleep within a half hour.

My anxiety during the day and night is gone while I am on AAS.

No why would a doctor think your on AAS. You tell the doctor that you feel depressed and anxious he is going to think your just like all the other patients he sees.

It really works for me to deal with the anxiety while on cycle. Start 2 weeks before injection and then you should be fine using the clonazopan whenever your having alot of trouble sleeping.

Also, doctors today write scripts like drug dealers would.

    Melatonin works great.

Also shoot in the mornings upon waking before doing your daily shit like work and such. I found that shooting closer to mid day/nighttime that i had a hard ass time trying to fall asleep...sucked bad.

So far the gains have been awesome...Been getting compliments left, right, and centre.

I've lost fat and put on about 5-6lbs of lean muscle (not including water gains etc). My strength is sky high, body is pumped 24/7, and everyone is telling me to "ease up" on going to the gym, apparently I'm getting "too big", yeah OK hahaha. Only when I look like Dorian Yates will I call my self "too big", til then..."SHUTUP AND SQUAT" - Ronnie Coleman's t-shirt
