    Self pinning delts

Some of you must be contortionists. I have a problem pinning glutes, if I use a mirror I can get it done.

How about delts. How are you guys:
    getting pins in,
withdrawing to check for blood and then plunging?

I.e. If I am going to shoot my left delt do i:
pull the skin tight with left hand, stick with the right, then hold in place with left hand to withdraw and plunge with right?????

    Any suggestions?

i just leave the arm that im shootin into... hanging loosly and relaxed.

then with the hand that has the pin, ill stab, hold the pin with thumb and ring finger. then aspirate with pointer and middle finger. then use pointer to inject

it takes practice. but thats how i do it.

    lol

relax the arm that you are shooting. ITs all about using the other hand and NOT tensing up otherwise you can forget it. I usually poke, then use my thumb while holding the syringe to aspirate . Its getting harder and harder as time goes by but hey i cna still do it. I cant for the life of me do glutes OR traps...and ive tried. Maybe ill try again
