adding dbol

i have been doing sust. eod, deca 400 wkly, and arimidex .50 ed for four weeks. this is my fourth bulking cycle in three years. i am pleased with this cycle but am doing no oral with it. i have dbol now and wondering if adding it in would help.

4 weeks is good.

Throw it in there.

No more than 50mgs. Id start around 30mgs ED if its your first time.

war it is my first time with this oral. so four weeks at 30 mgs. any sides you have experienced with this. research shows extra water retention. true??

Yes... Added some strength and put on some serious weight. Mostly water. You will be semi-bloated reguardless. However, a clean good diet is best to combat this. Also the help of an AI.

Possible hair loss with it as well. Though not likely without a history of MPB.

you definitely don't need it that high. even .25mg would be strong enough

little high imo.. .25 or .5 ed would be fine ..could always bump it back up if necessary

Thats more than enough...

Generally .25mgs ED is the standard. Or .5mgs EOD. Not a good idea to go past .5mgs ED.
