Twitching at injection site
Its been 4 days since I injected in my glute and last nite I couldnt hardly sleep because my ass was twitching (or jumping whatever you call it). What can I do to make it go away? I tried massaging it, but didnt help. I just figure I must have hit a nerve, but why act up now?
Any ideas?

he said his glute m8 (his ass) not his thigh.
you must have hit a small nerve when you had ya jab. Their are nerves all over the body m8, its the main ones that you have to watch out for. If your going in the right place (the upper outer quadrant) then you will not hit the sciatic nerve. The twitching will go away after a while m8

As stated above you probably hit a nerve. I used to hit them a lot in my quad, but finally realized, when I put the nedle in and if it is moving without me touching it, i'm in a nerve and need to re insert the nedle into a different spot.
