i have to use 800mgs of EQ for at least 14 weeks to get anything outa it like a simple 10 week 600mg of deca would give.. the gains on Eq are leaner gains though... its up to you
deca will have a harder recover but wont effect much with a solid pct..hell if you go with EQ id go 16 weeks.. seems to be the magic # along with 800mgs
if your looking for mass go with deca, thats the mass drug right there. save the EQ for dieting and cutting up bro![]()

Deca all the way!!! Unless you do both of them at the same time which I believe was discussed in an earlier thread, but thats obviously not for the beginner
EQ is a waste i have to agree. Plus, if u have thick blood , it'll make it even thicker. Another thing i hate that after 10 weeks of EQ the anxiety is crazy ( im talking about me , but i've seen worse). Deca is amazing on the other hand. All these posts about choosing it for mass and eq for cutting is a bunch of ......u know what. First time I touched deca I did 10 weeks of it at 300mg with 400mg of test e on top. I kept 22lbs and I droped bf from 12 to 10 %. So , its all about the way u eat, not because deca is for bulking and eq is for cutting. Some people have EQ work for them, but for most is a waste of $ imo.
You seem to be running alot of compounds, i've no idea what your cycle history is or stats but if i had to pick either deca or EQ, it would have to be deca. EQ is worthless at building muscle tissue IMHO.
