Growth Pontential?
Ive been training for 5 years, doing cycles for a few. . This year i have done 2 cycles of test (600 mg/wk) and winny... the one would of had parabolan but is was bunk...Im up 21 pounds for the year(cut fat after each cycle) 3 months clean... Starting my next cycle of test cyp 600 and 100mg tren eod... i would like to reach my potential and maintain that with minor test cycles twice a year... Will it be failly easy for me to notice when i have hit my peak?

If you have been training for 5 years doing cycles AND your up 21 lbs of clean muscle this year, I would think you are close to your "potential" already. It seems to me that you want to get larger? This might take heavier cycles and a more strict diet, and more work as well.

to be fair... the first 4 years i only accomplished 25 lbs due to poor disipline before during and after cycles...
