    Critique Cycle please

    Hi im 22 years old, been lifting since i was 16 and im doin my first cycle.
    here it is, please lemme know what to change:

    10 weeks 400 mg test-c
    week 13-15 pct:
    week 13: 40 nolva and 100 clomid daily
    week 14: 30 nolva and 50 clomid daily
    week 15: 20 nolva and 50 clomid daily

    im also gonna take 1000 mg ed thrugh weeks 1-15 milk thistle just as a little more precaution

    please lemme know if theres anythin else i should be takin, specifically for pct

    If i could change anything about your post it would be your decision to cycle at 22 yrs old, but as Marcus said if u are gonna do it that looks ok??? Really wish u would reconsider and wait a few years....anyway..
    If milk thistle makes u feel better then use it - i dont really se the need but it wont hurt ..

    No need for the milk thistle. Useless and a waste of money IMO

    It looks good, but I would consider lowering the clomid and Nolva. A PCT for that cycle that I would use is:

    Week 13 & 14- 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid ed
    Week 15 & 16- 20mg nolva and 25mg clomid ed

    I've read numberous times that anything over 20mg nolva isn't any more effective then 20mg ed. High doses of Clomid can cause side effects for a lot of people.

    k thanks for the input guys...1 more q is that all i need for a solid pct? or is there anything else i should add on

    The only other thing I would have on hand during your cycle is arimidex . I use some ai on all cycles, but I am gyno pron.
