hey guys im saving up for a bigger cycle since ive only been running them at 4 weeks a piece since i get tested for sports. I know it sounds pointless but its actually been working quite well. No where near what it would be if i ran it longer, but its better than nothing. anyways, im gunna have to go natural for a while since money is tough to come by for me in college, and i want to cut right now really bad. I've never really been able to see my abs...even with a decent bf...idk why but im really trying to fix that and shed some fat for a six pack. I was wondering what i should focus on more....cardio or ab workouts? or both, my diet is more in check now with lowered calories and more protein
