Hey,
I have a slight deposit of some excess soft fatty tissue on my right nipple and I am going to try to find a way of reversing it to get rid of that fatty tissue. I have an idea of how I might be able to do this, and am interested in getting feedback on how I should do this.
Here's my hypothetical plan:
Use letrozole at a moderate dosage (any recommendations on dosage?) daily for about 4-6weeks
then after stopping the letrozole
go on to using clomid and nolvadex for another 4-6 weeks to combat the estrogen rebound affect that letrozole is known for.
Also, during this time period I plan to do a lot of cardio and possibly taking clenbuteral to help burn the fat off my pecs
I plan to lift 6 days a week (hitting each muscle once) and do cardio for 30-60min, 6 days a week. I will also be taking in a lowered amount of carbs and a high amount of protein.
I'm aware of the fact that letrozole will kill my sex drive but I'm not really worried about that side affect so much.
So I am wondering: What do you guys think of this plan to reverse my mild gyno problem? Should I extend the time period or add any other chemicals?
What dosage do you recommend for letrozole to reverse gyno?
thanks guys
