My first cycle (Test Enanthate)
Hoping to gain 15-20 lbs from first cycle. Is this far fetched?
Cycle: Test Enan (10 cc vial) for 10 weeks at 300 mgs a week
PCT Nolva and clomid (4 weeks)
Weight- 215
BF- 11%
1.5 grams protein per day (the odd day it wont happen)
**** load of carbs a day
bench press is at 315 right 1rm....is it possible with this cycle to be able to get it up to 330-340? but the big concern is the weight gain..i want to gain atleast 15-20 lbs.

Doubt you`ll gain 20 lean pounds from 300mg/week that is a low dose also it should be ran for 12 weeks. I say 12 weeks at 500mg/week for better results. Strength gains who knows everyone is different but yes it would be possible.

22 in may been training solid for 3 years. Ive gotten my bench from 230 1 rm to 315 1rm naturally. I squat 465 1rm. My diet is in check. Im doing this to get to atleast 225-230 lbs for football. I got a scholarship to my university but they want me to gain a few more pounds. I run a 4.5 40 yd dash and dont want to slow down too much. Thats why i want to take gear since i wanna keep my speed by gaining only minimal fat. They only test like 2 people on each team and they test at the end of the year and doesnt test enan get outta your body in 3 months after ur done?

I play north of the border. For University of British Columbia. I played junior football from 19 till 20...i got a full scholarship for ubc at 21.

You just seemed a bit old... I actually know a guy whos also a member here who plays at waterloo.
Anyway, i think that Test E @ 500mgs for 12 weeks is your best bet...
PCT should look something like this.
Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Clomid - 50/50/25/25

your correct, dettection time for test e is 3 months, just make sure you cycle off soon enough before testing times...good luck

I believe 10 weeks is plenty. I take the shots for ten weeks and it is in my system still for another two anyways.........just another way to look at it.

IMO it would be better to do a cycle of test prop for several reasons
advantages:
1) in and out of your system more rapidly(detection time is 2-3 weeks)
2) cycle is shorter because it peaks(kicks in) sooner
3) less water retention
disadvantages
1) has to be shot ed or eod
2) can be painful, might hinder practices
Just my opinion but most athletes are better off using shorter esters

Yeah bro...i think pinning once or twice a week is enough for me lol....im gonna up my intake to 400 mgs a week....bought to vials (10 ml each) at 200 mgs/ml. im gonna start next week....pretty excited!
Gonnna do 200 monday and 200 thursday for 10 weeks and see how it goes.

if you're only going to go 10 weeks i would kick start with dbol or tbol since you will only be at peak blood serum levels for 5-6 weeks on a 10 week cycle, JMO though

This might be a stupid question but What if I see expected results by say week 8...would i be able to use dbol for my last 2 weeks..or is that just useless....im really only trying to get up to 225-230...that means gaining 10-15 pounds...20 pounds would be awesome but gaining 15 would be perfectly fine.
so would 400 mgs/week for 10months be sufficient for 15 pounds? if not then ill try the dbol to kickstart.

hell yeah, test for 10 months should get you 15lbs all right, lol, jp bro
you could gain 10-15lbs in 10 weeks IF your diet and training are on point and since dbol is only detectable for 6 weeks it would be out of your system before your cycle is over
so to answer your question, yes you could get the results you want from 10 weeks of test but what you get depends on how focused you are during cycle as far as eating and training are concerned

im on my first cycle of test-e only. almost 9 weeks and im up 17 lbs. Alot of water retention though so who knows how much is real gains. But im def bigger and stronger. I feel comfortable with the 500/mg a week. you should bump it up, but then again im not an expert. no sides at all yet. other than increased sex drive. good luck bro

Dude thats awesome!...oh and iforgot to say that im an "easy gainer"...i gain weight pretty easily...i got a bottle of m1t's aswell...anybody think i should take this at a really low dose (10 mgs/day) for the first 2 weeks?...maybe help me gain that 15-pounds?

good idea, dbol kickstart or no? just checking for future reference
btw, depending on your appetite you might want to get some cyanocobalamin(injectable b12) and use it with your cycle, it increases appetite in some people which helps while bulking and gives me a general feeling of energy and well being
just something to consider

Im a pretty patient guy...I dont mind waiting 3-5 weeks to see solid gains...and plus less sides w/o dbol .....dont mind the wait.
