first injection
did my first injection today!!! 300mg test-e 2x a week..
600mg test-e\week for 15 weeks + PCT
lil soreness in my left thigh, but nothing even remotly bad... YAY!!!! just the mental effect of stickin myself made me work harder in the gym lol
today marks day 1!

OK heres my stats... ima fighter so im looking for more the of the explosive strength and power..
im 6`4 210 lbs, no idea what my mesurements are. i have like a 32 waist and a my suit size is a 46 long (maybe it was 42.. i forget)... so i guess i have a 42\46 inch chest?? my pct is:
Aromasin Nolvadex Vitamin E
20-25mg\day 20mg\day 1000iu\day
20-25mg\day 20mg\day 1000iu\day
20-25mg\day 20mg\day 1000iu\day
20-25mg\day 20mg\day
20-25mg\day 20mg\day
20mg\day
along with HCG las 2 weeks of cycle and first 2 weeks of cycle.... i might run HCG for 2 weeks mid cycle if balls are to small :-X i was thinkin 500iu\eod for 2 weeks would sufice??
and heres my current diet... planning on adding MORE food as my appitite increases... this diet prob looks familiar cuz i grabbed it up off the diet forum and revised it a lil bit..
Meal 1: Pro/Carb 10:00 AM
8 Egg Whites (2whole), 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat
Meal 2: Pro/Fat 12:30 PM
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss\shredded chedder cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat
Meal 3: Pro/Carb 3:00 PM
Chicken Breast, baked potato, 1 cup brown rice ( i cant stand brown rice, so pls if u have info on how to make it eatable... or some diff to sub brown rice, pls do tell)
i do throw in some ground beef
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.
Meal 4: Pro/Fat 5:30 PM
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, salad
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat
Workout
Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat
Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice COOKED
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat
Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice (whey or something else), 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat
Meal 8: Before Bed
2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat
no idea what it all works out to but thats roughly what i eat.... sometimes i change up the meals. but those are the foods i eat. i try and not take in carbs after working out and i try and work out mid afternoon-evening... upon waking up in the morning (with nothing in my stomach) i go to the gym 3 days a week and do 30 min cardio instead of my usual rolling sesions because i am BULKING at the moment...
so what do u guys think????

A little secret that a LOT of people still tend to overlook, when injecting go SLOW, do not rush, do not force it. I take at least 2 minutes to inject 1cc, very slow and I am never sore afterward.

Pretty much doubling up the amount of gear you're gonna use in your first shot or first two shots.....so if you are doing 600mg's divided in two shots...then you would shoot 600mg's each of your first two shots...It helps quicken the time it takes for the gear to hit ya...or to take effect. I always do it.

Yeah a pro doctor who is injecting YOU, not himself and could give a rats ass if you are sore or hurt the next day. yeah maybe 2 minutes is a little long but it's ONLY 2 minutes, nice and easy and I have NEVER felt sore or bruised the next day so is it worth the extra 90 seconds, HELL YES!!!

dude i did second injection of the week today in my other thigh, i like the thighs, i was thinkin of doin glutes but its so hard to turn around and do it myself... plust that sciatic nerve thing trips me out... i can deal with a little soreness in the thighs, no biggy, and damn a cookie sounds good. how bout this increase in appetite? thanks giving yesterday i ate more than ive ever eatin before.... at both houses, i went to my gf's fam to eat then mine and i had to tell myself to stop eating... FREKIN AWSOME

yea the gear i have is pretty painless i guess... a lil soreness but thats it.. and my homie is in i think week 8 of his cycle useing the same gear and hes HUGE he says its the highest quality stuff hes had and recommended it to me.. so i know its not fake. i guess i got lucky with finding a good first source with some legit stuff that doesnt hurt
