I'm planning to start my first cycle in early January. We have a family ski vacation planned for mid March which will be dead in the middle of my cycle. I will not have access to a gym but will be active since we will ski each day. Is this a bad idea to skip several works mid cycle? Push-ups and sit-ups will be an option but not much else. My diet will probably also suffer since we will each several meals on the mountain
