The owner of a local supplement shop was preaching to me that you need to take in a lot of extra Zinc on cycle because it will produce a lot better gains. I have never heard anything like this in my life. Can anybody support this theory?

Zinc would be better during PCT....
Zinc is supposed to reduce water retention. As far as I know - aside from its natural effects - it does nothing else.

Yeah, ZMA before betime. I did that. Didn't do shit. Like most OTC supps.
Some people tout Zinc as an aromatase inhibitor, I've tried it before and it didn't do a thing. Google it.
Zinc, well at least its apparently good at clearing up acne. Not sure how exactly it would improve your gains on cycle.
I heard that ZMA helped get a better nights sleep as well. But, I couldnt see anything from it.
Isn't zinc (as in ZMA) supposed to help your body produce testosterone? If so, it wouldn't make a difference when your on cycle because your body doesn't produce any.

Thanks for the responses. I have heard of the ZMA deal as well but I was pretty sure the straight Zinc theory was bs. Man, this guy talks out of his ass a lot. It's also the same fellow who tried telling me that Nolvadex should be run through-out a deca/test/dbol cylce. Full of shit lol
