    Critique my cutting cycle?

<==== Hi long time reader, first time poster!

ive been training now for about 1 year.

Im 89kg and 182cm tall, roughly 18-20% bf.

Im looking to reduce my bodyfat to about 10% (or whatever i can get!).

Im also looking for something to help me with this and was wondering if i could get some advice on the subject.

So, ive read a fair bit about other people's cutting cycles and ive come up with a few options for myself (these are just some ideas).

    1. Example of a first cycle: (im taking this from the educational clen post)

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
Day5: 80mcg(Note: Increase the dose only when the side effects are tolerable)
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
Day13: 80 mcg (Tapering is not necessary, but it helps some users get back to
    normal gradually)
    Day14: 60 mcgs
    Day15: off
    Day16: off
    Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

    Example of a second cycle:

    Day1: 60mcg
    Day2: 80mcg
    Day3: 80mcg
    Day4: 100mcg
    Day5: 100mcg
    Day6-Day12: 120mcg
    Day13: 100 mcg
    Day14: 80 mcgs
    Day15: off
    Day16: off
    Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

Could i also work T3 into that somehow?? or could someonr suggest a clen/t3 regime thats better than that for me?? I really dont know much about T3 other than its a drug which must be very much respected in order to be considered safe.

    and for option 2:

    a little more detailed

week# Primobolan depot Winstrol tabs Clen
    1 400mg/week 30mg/day
    2 400mg/week 30mg/day
    3 400mg/week 30mg/day
    4 400mg/week 30mg/day 60mcg/day
    5 400mg/week 30mg/day 80mcg/day
    6 400mg/week 30mg/day 100 mcg/day
    7 400mg/week 120mcg/day
    8

and then post cycle use of clomid.

I was wondering what will that cycle actually do for me?? in terms of fat and muscle (loss/gain)? Im not sure if my bf is too high to be using stanozolol or not?

Any help on the matter would be appreciated !

Most will say your BF is too high to start an AAS cycle. How did you determine that you were 18-20%? If you could post a pic, you will get a pretty close approximation from some of the more experienced members here. Maybe you're less then that/maybe more?

Clen /T3 is a good fat cutting combo. But, please research T3 more as it does have some pretty nasty potential side effects. And, dosage is critical with T3.

Clen does not have to be tapered down. If you haven't run it before you should start with 20mcgs as in your first example. I run it 2-weeks on/2-weeks off. If you run ECa on your off weeks you compete for the same receptors making the clen less effective the next go around. You would be better off running benedryl on the off time to restore your receptors. When you start your second 2-week cycle of clen, start at the same dose you left off with. If you left off at 120 mcgs, start the next 2-week cycle at 120 mcgs. Remember, no need to taper down with clen at all.

Diet and cardio when on clen for maximum weight loss. Then when your bf% is under 14 or so, you can plan on an AAS cycle.

Post a pic, lets check your BF%...

You are defo right on the T3, i need to do more research.

Do you not think the primo/winny/clen stack is any use to me then?

You dont need to start a AAS cycle with only 1 year under your belt of training. Many people start cutting with compounds before they even start to cut the fat naturally and this is one of them case's.

IMHO you want to start a hard diet and cardio programme and cut as much bodyfat as possible with a metabolic shift and hardwork, the fat will drop off if you put the hardwork in and stick to a ridgid programme.

Once, you have drop alot of bodyfat and your at a stage were it becomes stubborn to burn anymore, this is the time to introduce some additional support to help rid the stubborn bf what's left, your body adapts with everything its put through, so dont start everything in your programme straight from the start, do it by hardwork until you come to the stubborn BF what wont shift.

Like what's been stated before, ECA hits the beta 2 receptors just the same as clen does, so using it before will only hinder results for the clen, also for all the people who cycle clen and in-between the cycles use ECA - you wont up-regulate the beta 2 receptors because it also effects the beta 2 receptors (also targets other receptors aswell) so it wont be effective fat burner.

That's the best way of fighting your high bodyfat % IMHO.

Yes, your along time off hitting anything IMHO, and re-read about clen and eca what i wrote...forget primo or any AAS cycle.
