pct/estrogen control knowledge- i know alot about pct, been reading up on that for quite some time, i got nolva, proviron, clomid, and aromasin for pct, letro and adex on hand for ai control.
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...) goals are size, strength and muscle mass with defination, dont want the bloat, because ill loose it after cycle
