Hello I been taking dbol 40mg a day for 3 weeks and test e 600 a week split 300 on Sunday and on Wednesday. For my pct I have nolva and clomid.
Midway through the third week I noticed a lump under my right nipple. I will state I have that nipple pierced so it is always sensitive. I was plannin on using letro from ar-r to try to reverse it. I have heard that lerto has a rebound. what should I use to counteract the rebound.

you didnt nottice any puffyness or itching..
need to catch this shit before lumps form..seeing this stuff way to often here

No puffy or itching at all. I just noticed a small knot a little bigger than a pea. I still have 9 weeks left of test e. should i run the letro and then novla for the rest of the cycle or should i just stop taking the test and start using the letro and then novla?

Is this your first cycle?

What is your bf%?

Are you noticing any other estrogen related effects like bloating or fatigue?

Is the area of your piercing part of this lump or is the lump somewhere near but not part of your piercing?

No, I have done one other cycle of Test C 500 a week for 12 weeks about 2 years ago. my body fat is 13%. no bloating or fatigue. the area is just above the piercing. there is no itching or puffiness either. I just felt the lump and started to worry about it. I justed wanted to take care of it before it got worse.

Is it possible you had this lump and never noticed it?

To be safe I would discontinue the dbol and administer the letro at a dose of 2.5mgs/day, tapering down to .25mgs/day, and then finally off, as the lump hopefully subsides.

Continue with the test.

If you feel the lump returning or not abating then discontinue the test, administer the letro up until pct. Start pct 18 days after the last test injection.

Others may weigh in with different advice. But that is what I would do.

no the lump wasnt there before. thanks for your advice so i start at 2.5mb a day. how long would you take it at 2.5mgs.

2.5mgs for 3-4 days check to see if lump is getting smaller if so, then lower by .5mgs if not stay at 2.5mgs until lump starts to subside. Lower the dosage as the lump recedes.

Lower dosage till you have tapered off.

I wouldnt start taking this dose.

I would begin to use the Letro at .5mgs ED. And begin a taper up to 2.5mgs.

From there you must taper back down to either .5mgs or .25mgs depending on the users decision.

Whats the purpose of tapering up? Is it to see if their is mitigation and reversal at a lower dose? Or is it to mitigate side effects?

Since the protocol given at the link goes to 2.5mg anyway, why not start at the maximum dose then taper down as needed?

I am in no way challenging your advice War, just asking for my own education.

sorry i have no camera. but u cant see the lump. i only noticed it when i was pressing on my chest.
