ok..i finished my deca and test cycle.

the last shot of test was about Nov 4th..how long do i wait before i start
nolvadex?

i plan to mix nolva with dhea..

i ended up with major acne outbreak on shoulders and back so i am also on
antibitoics.

any advice?

it was a test E and Cyp blend

i know cyp is the longer acting ester...you think it is out of me by now?

2 weeks at 40 then 20 is fine..can't speak on the other stuff.

When you start cycling, you should have all the gear and pct compounds to hand and know when and what your doing in every stage of taking it, there is a PCT section with all start times and everything you need to know but this should of been done before you started so you know what your taking and when.

i did have everything ready..but then my supplier gave me things that
made it really difficult...like blended test e 125mg..test cyp 125 mg prop 50mg
I hate blended...which is why i broke out with more than usual acne..i think.

i did have a plan but..life in general caused me to screw up my cycling.
i actually never finished i had about two shots left but..the acne was getting
bad and i went longer than 12 weeks i went to about 15 weeks.

but do you think dhea helps to kick the balls in or will it help in recovery
or will it just further shut me down?

altho dhea's effect on HPTA is minimal i wouldnt use it during pct
