Help on starting my cycle PLEASE!

Hi, come january i am going to start a 12 week cycle as such

Week 1-4 Test C 800mg, Deca 400mg
Week 4-8 Test C 800mg, Deca 600mg, IGF1 LR3 40mcg
Week 8-12 Test C 800mg, Tren 100mg eod
Then Proper PCT will follow

however i was going to use some igf1 lr3 this month before my cycle to help condition me, my question is do you think it would be more benificial to use igf1 lr3 now or start my cycle now and run a 16week cycle or is this too long a cycle?

Whats your stats and cycle history?
igf-lr3 is useless no matter when you take it, complete waste of money and wont do anything. Dont believe the hype!
why increase deca dose in wk 4?

No..I though the same thing...why the dose change.

Hi, my stats are 6'4 at 15% bodyfat i currently weigh 230Lbs,
my cycle history is i have done 4 fairly week cycles before this used only test, deca, dbol, i seem to work very well on deca so though upping the dose will bring more gains.

i have read quite alot on igf and thought it seemed like good stuff, but do you think a 16week AS cycle is to much?

Start and end at the same dose...it will keep levels stable..no yo-yo ing. IMO

No need to up the dose, keep it the same throughout the whole cycle IMHO, igf1-lr3 is useless no matter what you have read, do a simple search on the product here and you will get first hand experience.

16 wks is a long time, staying longer ON doesnt mean more gains! come off and recover when your gains have slowed down or stopped.

i personally wouldnt switch to tren at the end either.. just stick with the deca

okay well im starting a steroid cycle next week then, any advice on what to use and doses or the length of cycle, i would like to put on lean muscle and maybe lose some bf if possible

what did your other cycles look like. and doses..
whats the plan for pct

my other 4 cycles have consisted of,
Week 1-4 TestC 600mg, Deca 200mg, Dbol 30mg
Week 4-8 TestC 600mg, Deca 200mg
Week 8-12 lowering test to 200mg

my PCt includes HCG 2500i.u weekly
Novladex and clomid everyday and i was thinking of shotting igf-1lr3 in there as i heard its good for pct

honestly think you would be fine with something like this.. keeping the doses constant and maintaining peak blood levels for as much of the cycle as possible.. you were tapering off when things were getting good..

test 600mg a week 1-12
deca 4-500mg a week 1-11

so your running hcg through the cycle.. 250/500iu a couple times a week is fine.. no need for 2500iu..

looks pretty good i always thought i was taking the hcg wrong lol, is there anything else i can add in there i always fancied trenabol and obviously igf1 lol

i think your better or going with the cycle planned, with the tweaks recommended obviously. dont start to think about adding, youll just end up like me wanting to add everthing to the cycle, im hoping to start test/deca aswel, but thinking of adding alot more to it.

yeah id hold off on the tren..maybe give it a shot in the next run..
