Taking Test and Equipose (2nd week now)
I am getting different feedback on amount to take.
One friend told be 3-ml. test and 1-ml. EQ per week for 12 weeks.
One friend told me 1-ml. test and 1.5-ml. EQ every 3 days for 9 weeks.
What would work best for me?
I had taken Nutropin AQ a while back with mderate results.
Other than that, I'm a virgin to this stuff... :shrug:
what kind of test / strength test ? what strength of eq? (milligrams/milliliter)
Brother< you should have done all this question asking BEFORE you started course...500mgs tesE a week and 600 mgs a week EQ...good gosh...
yeah that 1-2ml means nothing to me.. how many mg per ml..
also,how about anti-e's and pct..
not sure you have all your bases covered here

so your talking 750mg test and 200mg eq from one guy.. 12 weeks
250mg test and 300mg eq for 9 weeks from another..
eq is to low in the first one..
wouldnt run eq any less than 12 weeks.. and 400mg would be the bare minimum.
are these 2 guys all you have to go by.. might want to stick around the board and do some research.. maybe you can learn them too..
ah hell you already started.. what have you ran so far..
So far I have run 500mg test and 250 EQ per week for the last two weeks.
Both these guys have won state and other competitions.
Although each one is 100lbs. apart in size.
The bigger guy did say the test was too low what I was doing.
So can I assume 500-test & 250-EQ per week is good for my size?
Should I add and subtract as the 12 weeks progresses?
I see people on this site talk about "winding down" with some other products.
Should I be taking anything else also?
Also, is a 25 guage 1" needle a good size?

500mg test is fine.. 12 weeks is fine..250mg on the eq is to low.
no need to taper off.. keep the dose constant through the whole cycle.
i use 23 or 25g 1" for everything but glutes..
did these guys mention anything about anti-e's or pct?
i take it this is the first cycle

this is what id do at this point..
eq 400mg week 12 weeks
test 500mg week 13 weeks
an anti-e limits the conversion of test to estrogen.. i like to run an AI during my cycles. you can find some good info on them if you search around a little bit.. same with pct..
should have enough nolvadex on hand for any possible problems that might pop up (gyno symptoms) as well as pct..
pct.. 2 weeks after last inj.
100mg clomid and 20mg nolvadex for 30 days.. if you want drop the clomid to 50mg the last 2 weeks..
Good advice. After talking with more people and watching the threads in this blog, that amount seems right for me.
However, you threw me for a loop and added more study time to the other variables you mentioned (anti-e, pct, nolvadex, clomid)
Man... this bodybuilding stuff is getting awful scientific!
Lead me though this some more (if you have time of course)
Also, what is the "AI" you mentioned?

AI= aromatase inhibitor. The preferred on-cycle AI is Arimidex (anastrazole).
