    clen or t3?

    whats better to use on a bulking cycle to help cut down bf percentege at same time... clen or t3??? i know both do diff things.. i dont wanna hinder gains much if at all im on 600mg\week test e

    T3 can eat muscle. That's why when cutting, administering AAS will help the catabolic effect of T3. Clen will not eat muscle and there is some anecdoctal evidence that it is anti-catabolic (Not much IMO). If you're trying to add muscle but also avoid excess fat, clen would be best.

    With that being said, bulking while cutting is next to impossible. You must be in a calorie surplus to gain muscle. That means, you will gain a little fat. I try to carb cycle (carefully) when bulking. I eat more carbs on workout days then non workout days. But, I still will expect to gain some fat while bulking.

    yea for sure, i was just lookin for a way to help keep bf down as much as possible ya know? thnx for the input, well appreciated

    I would agree dont use any at this stage but introduce some clen in pct to help staying catabolic
