    Hemroid- associated to lifitng I am assuming and heavy food intake??

    Just wondering who else on here has gotten a Hemroid from lifting and increase in the amount of food in their meal plan??

    I just got one, first one EVER in my life and its not that bad but definitely started to use some of the Cream on it which helps but I was wondering if I should not do any legs or squats this week to prohibit the problem getting worse.


    I am sitting at my desk now and there is no pain but def a tiny bit of discomfort.....

    Yes I am on anavar , but that has nothing to do with it. I didn't know the correct forum to put this in on here.

    asking cause i do know winni has messed with people intestinal system... i know friends that shit there pants on it.. lol.. someone will answer u.. im lost on that one.. never had that problem..

    if you do legs just do extensions leg curls stuff like that no squats or deadlifts. more strain on your ass will make it worse. oh and if your constipated that will do it too.

    I was going to do arms and legs today but i told the trainer no legs since the direct link lol

    First: Avoid squats at all cost.
    second: Fiber, fiber,fiber fiber. Try adding two tablespoons of flaxseed meal with oatmeal every morning. That has worked well for me this past year.

    yep...if i go heavy on squats im sure to see blood in my shit for a week or so...just the price you pay for bein a bodybuilder.

    I dont mind the internal ones since they dont hurt and u just get blood, but this is my first EVER external one and it SUCKS!

    good advice... baby wipes are great for ANYONE to use... hahaha sooo much better and easier to use. (make sure you get the flushable kind so you don't over flow your toilet with a giant shit like i did at my work)
