    cutting cycle

    im goin doing this cycle after xmas, iv done 4 or 5 cycles b4 but not 4 a year now and havent been training or dieting 4 the last 4 months went 2 the gym a few times lately and strength is gone way down and iv gone pretty soft,want 2 get strength and lose bf and generally get back in shape,wat do u think of this plan/cycle

    test prop 100mg eod
    tri tren 150mg eod
    clen and eca alternating every 2 weeks
    run 4 60 days
    hcg and clomid at the end

    shud i start the clen straight away, i c a lot of cycles that dont use it til towards the end of the cycle

    im 215lbs and bf is n the high teens

    previous cycles
    dbol and deca
    deca and sus
    dbol,deca,sus and winny
    tren,sus and winny

    anyone used tren and prop 4 cutting? how did it go? any other tips or crititism on my plan

    cycle looks fine. but to be honest you need to hold off for a little while and get back into a routine and drop your body fat back down to low to mid teens. you need to work on your pct some. i would save clen and eca for pct. tren and prop is pretty much all i use anymore.

    welcome bro...the cycle looks ok...but the main thing will be your diet ...that will make the difference in making you cut...also cardio...that will burn fat.

    yea il b gettin back n2 naturally a few weeks b4 xmas and janurary prob start mid feb, wud u not use the clen and eca during the cycle, wat wud u recommend 4 pct

    diet will b 300g protein 300g carbs split n2 6, 4 meals and 2 protein drinks a day

    training

    monday chest and biceps
    tues leg
    thurs back
    fri shoulders and triceps


    cardio 45 mins 3 times a week n the mornin b4 breakfast, coffee and clen b4

    Nice bro...good to go...you may want to manipulate carbs too...

    hahaha...day 1 300.. carbs..day 2.. 150 day 3.. 75 or no carbs then start cycle again...you're looking to cut right??

    ya looking 2 cut, do i keep doin this repeatly 4 the whole cycle from day 1-60,wat do u tink about the fat burners shud they b used from day 1-60,thanks
