starting back, what to take?
Well I have been thinking about starting another cycle soon and was wanting some opinions from you guys. I took a cycle of test a while back and loved the stuff. I was able to keep about 50% of my gains from it. I am currently 175lbs at 5'11 and 24 years old. I have been working out religiously for the last 4-5 years and I feel like I hit my peak again. If you need I can list other info but I was just wondering based off of this information, what would you recommend that I start off with? Could you tell me how much and how often also? Thanks a lot guys!
ps also if you could explain how I could keep more of my gains this time around that would be GRRRRR ate

how did you run the test. how long,doses ect. what was your pct

First off welcome to AR!
The best way to keep your gains is a solid diet and a great PCT. Did you have both when you ran your previous cycle?
Also stats would help us greatly when we are advising you.
age
height
weight
bf%
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

my diet wasnt so hot but now im on point with it. I had a good pct on my last cycle(nova). unsure of bf% right now but will tell you in a few hours hopefully. I eat 5 meals a day very high protein.(3000+ calories). speed is not an issue I would like to remain cut but I don't think that will be a huge problem for me. Did I miss anything?
