whoever told you that is an idiot. Deca, or any steroid for that matter, is not dosed by bod y weight. Its a hormone and is not body weight dependent.
It's not a must, it's a guidline, anecdotal evidence seems point to that being an optimum dose for gains vs sides.Quote:

^^ he said its anecdotal evidence but for the purposes of deca..coincidence or not it ..it isnt bad advice ...puts normal dosage for most users between 350-600 mgs/week ...pretty effective dose IMO. May want to put bottom dose at min of 400mgs but all in all wouldnt go wrong following this info re: deca.

It is a good guide but no matter what I weigh I would never use less than 400mg. I took it only once and that was at 600mg a week. It depends more on cycle history and other stats.
