Beginner Cycle questions??
Hey guys, I'm thinking about starting my first ever cycle.
I was thinking about running 12 weeks
Weeks 1-12: 400 mg Test Enanthate
Weeks 1-4 20 mg Dbol
Would this be good for a beginner cycle?
Also what do you guys advise for PCT? I know I would have to take Clomid, but about about Nolvadex and/or Arimidex ? and at what doses?
I not sure how prone I will be to estogen side effects but I would like to take all the necessary precautions if possible.
any help would be great

25, 160 lbs, 16% bf, traing 6 days a week right now, been training for 3 yrs, diet is pretty lean right now...high protein low carb low fat..

how tall are you ? Because is you are more than 5'3" you should not be cycling at all.

I'm guessing that this is going to be a bulking cycle and i would also assume that i will not be the last person to tell you this, but you should get your diet in order before you decide to cycle.
If you are trying to bulk, why low carb and low fat? Carbs should generally be higher than your protein intake if bulking. I would post your diet in the diet section with macros so everyone can take a look at it and help you perfect that before you decide that AAS is the answer.

well i know my diet will have to change...right now i'm eating pretty lean cause my goals are different...i'm going on a trip but when i get back in 3 weeks...that is when i will start.

your 160lbs and 16% bodyfat? how sure are you on your BF% You should not even think about cycing until your at least around 12% imo. though i think you must be off on your bodyfat because 16% is pretty high for somone only 160lbs especially if they have been training for 3 years.
