It is funny that people in the aas forum think a 250mg cycle per week will not do anything. However, the guys in the HRT forum claim to have huge gains off 250mg cycle per week. I'm looking to add about 10 lbs of muscle so I'm not looking for a major change. I'm not looking to go beyond my natural limits but am having trouble adding muscle since I turned 40. What do you think I can expect to gain off this cycle? Is 250mg enough or should I bump to 350mg?

i have no issues with 250 if thats what you wanna run.. different goals..
250 will put you way over your natural levels and will certainly see some gains if diet and training are in check

I think I'm going to order enough to run 250 mg every 5 days. This will put my cycle on roughly 350mg per week. I'm not telling my wife about the cycle so I hope she will buy that diet and hard work is working. Do I need to get anything else besides the Nolva and Clomid for PCT?

get enough nolvadex so that if you have issues during cycle you have enough to handle that and what you need for pct..
might consider running an AI during cycle as well..your call there

1 amp every 5 days will be plenty. This will take you through 10 weeks and then wait two more before you start pct........decent first cycle.

no bro dont worry about a thing. at your age, 350mgs is most likley 4 times what you have now. im sure you can fool your wife. on this cycle if you train and eat rightyour should excpect 15lbs and keep 7-8 solid pounds. good luck.

not sure about the wife.. many a times ive seen guys post where they tried to hide the shit from their wife/girlfriend and it came back to bite them in the ass.. mine knows and has no issues with it.. maybe feel things out.. throw a few things out there and see if she bites.. if shes open minded maybe show her the boards so she understands you can do this safely and responsibly, its at all like the media portrays it. were not just a bunch of ignorant fools doing this stuff willy nilly..

you know i think we are all ignorant. we are breaking the law and using drugs. its classified in the same catagory as cocaine. imo steroid users are just as bad as cocaine users. neither are safe. both mess you up. dont get me wrong im deffinetly not against steroids but there bad ok. lol. i look at my gear every morning and everynight but its still bad.

If you don't want to tell her then be ready to lie about it. She will notice the gains and comment on it. She may not say "are you taking steroids", but she'll say something. My wife knows about it and has since she was my girlfriend.
You could do 12 weeks if you want but 10 will work fine. Plus what are you going to do, order 2 or 3 more amps?

its no where near as bad as cocaine because its not so incredibly addicting on a mental level. yes you might think you want to use more and more steroids to help you out, but like mulciber said, you aren't going to go to extreme lengths to get there. and last time i checked, you didn't need rehab for steroids. but enough about rec drugs, thats frowned upon
the biggest problem with your wife would be the water weight you might put on. if you keep the bloat down the muscle won't make as big of a change in her eyes. well atleast enough you can play it off with good diet

Dude, you are 40, contact an HRT clinic, (pm me) you can get that much test and more without any problem. It aint that expensive, maybe 350 for blood work to get started and test is as cheap as hell (the deca is a little steep though)
the pros:
1, leagle no worys about getting busted
2, doctor prescribed, how can your wife argue with that, you have low natural test (and at 40 you do)
3, once you start banging your wife 5 times a week again I think she will be on board. (mine is)

I actually went down the HRT road. My initial test indicated Total Test at 424 when I visited my GP. I went to a specialist who ran complete blood work which showed my total T had moved to 555. I believe my levels went up because I start a HIIT cardio program 5 days per week. I've read that a HIIT program will cause your body to increase hormone levels but didn't believe it would work. It was very interesting to see my levels increase by 25% in one month. I'm having a hard time getting a legal prescript with my latest results.

I would do 500mg for 8weeks, but for 250mg 12wks i would run d-bol.
IMO for the PCT i would get Nolva and hCG

id worry more about the wife thing than your cycle. Your cycle looks fine but id think hard before thinking u can hide this from your wife. 10lbs of muscle is alot. Very noticeable. You have the gear to hide...hoping no bruising from injection to hide ...your body transformation to explain ..i dont know your wife but im sure she isnt stupid (at least im assuming ) you may be better off trying to lead her to the conclusion that it is a good choice for you..not hide it. JMO - either way good luck bro..
