ive been training 3 years now and have done 2 cycles last cycle was anadrol,
i did not put 1lb on do.
i find it so hard to put weight on as i cant eat that much as i am a diabetic,
i am very very lean do and my question is. should i go on a cutting cucle or a bulking cycle.
can you suggest a cycle 4 me please
