I am 41 and I think in good shape? My diet is near perfect, stats 6' tall 168 BF 7ish%. I compete in tris and adventure racing and some mountain bike racing. I have tried some test I gained weight and strength, but I think the power to weight did not change that much. I need to be skinny and strong and the abilty to repeat hard workouts, I train 6 days a week 10 to 18 hours. I am stuck at 4.2 watts per kilo of body weight, I need to 5 watts per kilo. I have tried I believe everthing, looking for something to get over this plateau. Any advice would be great.
