    loosing fat and adding muscle?

    well lookin to add 10-12 lbs of quality muscle while doing 45 mins of cardio 3 times a week. and weight training 4 times a week.

    Bf: 13 % interested in lowering to 7-5% while
    maintaining + adding 10-12 lbs to existing muscle mass

    so end goal= size+definiton

    i was thinking test prop along with clen+t3

    will prop add size?

    whats a typical prop cycle look like dosage + duration to achieve gains?

    dropping half your body fat is a steep steep goal. that much cardio really seems like no point either, i can't imagine thats even tiring.

    the dose is very dependent on your previous cycles and personal preference

    people usually start wid prop 100mg EOD for 8-12 weeks. It looks like it will be hard to lose body fat and gain lean muscle if your calories are down. Am lookin to do a cutting cycle as well cutting is all about the diet and workout but steroids help alot to maintain your current muscle while losing fat. great read smoke 3 times a day workout crazy great job. I will be there 2 times a day 5weights 5 cardio 45min slow pace.

    cardio- at least 5 days a week for 45 mins/ preferably in the moring on empty stomach

    less fat and more muscle...huh almost nobody on this board is looking for that

    pick a direction, bulk or cut
    you can't walk two ways at once easily

    i agree with kratos it would be better to focus all of your energy on either bulking or cutting. the end results will be better than if you tried to do both simultaneousley

    Ive cut for 11 different bodybuiding competitions. Using several different diets and AAS combinations, as well as other supplements including HGH up to 10iu Ed. Ive never gained muscle while cutting. Im not saying it can't be done. But it sure isnt easy.

    Like has been said, cut or bulk.

    do cardio 5x a week, and weight training 4x a week, but add abs everyday... that with a prop cycle and a good diet... ull get those goals...
    and i would say 100mg prop ED for 7 weeks

    cgb6810, you say youve never gained muscle whilst tking diffrent stacks for contrst, but for somebodys first cycle smin like 500mg test a week some var n clen wouldnt it be very possible to loose alot of fat n add a few solid lbs?

    If its a first cycle, you should focus on bulking. You shouldn't even start the cycle unless you're 12-14% max anyway. You can cut without AAS.

    45 mins of cardio a day,30 in morning 15 in evening weight on a 3 day a week split will change your muscular dexterity especialy if using gear,how do i know because i have done this myself,your body fat will start to drop and when you weigh yourself the scales will nearlly always be the same other that a very small increase. This is because muscle is heavyer than fat also your bodyshape will be changing so you will see it happening..good luck bro,its hard but can be done

    more cardio, a good diet, some fat burners, and a weak coumpund to start with, maybe anavar
