    Rest between cycles

    how long should I rest between deca cycles?

    How long were you on for?

    Example: 12 wks on = 12wks off*

    *also include the time used for post cycle therapy

    deca I would wait even longer, to give yourself a chance to recover fully. More like 12 weeks on = 18 weeks off. Like 1 on to 1.5 off.

    I've been on it for about eight weeks. I took a shot every five days. Thanks for the advice. I didn't want rest for too short a period nor too long.
