Doing longer cycle doesn't mean more gains, if this was true we would all be walking around 500lbs ripped.......run the cycle until gains slow down or stop then go into pct and recover
When do gains stop for most people? Do you still gain after say wk 12?Quote:

I plan on running the cycle till gains stop.
